welcome to Quality Inn portland blog2nd Annual Peche Fest
October 11, 2014
Sip and savor some of the best beverages brewed with the peach. On Saturday, October 11, Portlanders will spend a day enjoying sweet and savory blends inspired by the fruit. Join in the fun at the 2nd Annual Peche Fest, which will take place at two area venues. You can start at 2 p.m. at Saraveza's Beer Boutique, which will serve pints of peachy refreshments. Tastings at Saraveza’s will continue until 10 p.m., a relaxing atmosphere to kick back and enjoy.
The Peche Fest will start unfolding at the Bad Habit Room, starting at 3 p.m. Luckily, you won't have to walk very far, as this spot is actually attached to Saraveza. Walk next door, and you'll enjoy a great vibe and super friendly service. Behind the bar, the staff will be tapping brand new beers and ciders from some of the region's most popular breweries and cideries. Among the participating brands are Logsdon Farmhouse Ales, De Garde, The Commons, Oakshire, Reverend Nat's, Block 15, Bushwhacker, Elysian, Deschutes, Gigantic, Flat Tail, Mazama, Lompoc, Blue Mountain, Dogfish Head, Agrarian, Scaldis, Epic Ales, and Breakside.
For $10, you will get a glass and two drink tickets. To complement all these beverages, a variety of peach-inspired food will be available as well. Enjoy the special food menu that was custom made to pair with your peach brews. Be sure to sample the barrel-aged and sour beers and the vintage Peach lambics.
You can buy your tickets online at http://www.beerboutique.com/product/peche-fest-entry. Cheers!
